App icon generator for iOS and Android
Drop one square image and download every icon size you need: an Xcode AppIcon.appiconset with Contents.json, Android launcher icons for every density, and the 512×512 Google Play icon. Nothing is uploaded.
How it works
- Drop a square image, ideally 1024×1024 PNG with no rounded corners. The system adds the corners.
- Check the previews: the iOS mask, the Android circle and the sizes people actually see.
- Pick a background for any transparency (App Store icons must be opaque) and download the ZIP.
Questions
Do I still need every iOS size?
Since Xcode 14 a single 1024×1024 icon is enough and Xcode makes the rest. The ZIP includes that single-size set, plus every individual size in case your project still lists them.
Why does my App Store icon get rejected?
Usually transparency or rounded corners in the source. The App Store icon must be square and opaque; this tool flattens it onto the background you pick.
What do I get for Android?
ic_launcher.png and ic_launcher_round.png for mdpi (48), hdpi (72), xhdpi (96), xxhdpi (144) and xxxhdpi (192), plus the 512×512 Google Play icon.
Do you upload my icon?
No. The tool runs in your browser. Your images never leave your computer.
